Edificio Ariztía, Commercial structure in Barrio La Bolsa, Chile.
Located at 52 Nueva York Street, the reinforced concrete building features early 20th-century architecture with functional design and integrated office spaces.
Completed in 1921 by architects Alberto Cruz Montt and Ricardo Larraín Bravo, this structure became the first skyscraper in Santiago during post-World War I modernization.
The ground floor previously contained Bar Jockey Club, which served as a gathering point for local business professionals and community members.
The building stands near the intersection of Nueva York Street in downtown Santiago, making it accessible through multiple public transportation routes.
This building marked a technological milestone in Chilean architecture as the first office structure in the country to incorporate an elevator system.
