Teatro de la Ribera

Teatro de la Ribera is a theatre with around 700 seats housed in a building with colorful murals facing the Riachuelo river in La Boca. The structure combines traditional neighborhood architecture with vibrant artistic design on its exterior.

The theatre was established in 1971 as a cultural space for the La Boca neighborhood. Its creation was part of an effort to support artistic expression in this traditionally working-class area.
