Ecipsa Tower, Office building in Nueva Córdoba, Argentina
The 75-meter-tall Ecipsa Tower stands at the intersection of Avenida Hipólito Yrigoyen and Obispo Trejo, featuring 17 floors of office spaces.
Construction of Ecipsa Tower began in 1998 and finished in 2000, incorporating the façade of a 1900 mansion that served as Federal Courts of Córdoba.
The building represents the evolution of Córdoba's architecture by integrating a historical façade with modern office spaces in the Nueva Córdoba district.
The structure contains 14,000 square meters of covered area and includes two underground levels with automated systems for building services management.
Engineers executed an innovative construction method to maintain the original mansion façade while excavating two basement levels in a confined urban space.
