The Biblioteca Popular del Paraná occupies a notable building at 256 Buenos Aires Street, featuring multiple reading rooms and study spaces for visitors.
Founded in 1873 during President Domingo Faustino Sarmiento's administration, the library moved to its current location in 1910 after a community fundraising campaign.

The library welcomes visitors Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM and 4 PM to 8 PM, with additional hours on Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM.
The building received National Historical Monument status in 2006, marking its architectural and educational importance in the Entre Ríos Province.
