Estádio Barão da Serra Negra is a municipal stadium in Piracicaba, home ground of XV de Piracicaba, with two main sectors: a covered seated stand (cativa) and open terraces (gerais). It holds 18,000 people and forms part of the Conjunto Esportivo Municipal, which also has a main gymnasium, a mini-gymnasium, swimming pools and an athletics track.

The stadium opened on September 4, 1965, when XV de Piracicaba played against Palmeiras. The opening match ended in a scoreless draw for both teams.

The stadium is named after Francisco José da Conceição, the first and only Barão da Serra Negra, a 19th-century Brazilian politician. Besides XV de Piracicaba matches, it hosts games of Piracicaba's amateur league. Before the inaugural match, Frei Estevam Maria blessed the ground and authorities raised flags.

The stadium sits in the upper part of Piracicaba, in a block bounded by Morais Barros, Silva Jardim, Treze de Maio and Avenida Independência, and is part of the Conjunto Esportivo Municipal, which also holds a main gymnasium, a mini-gymnasium, swimming pools and an athletics track. Seating is divided between a covered sector (cativa) and the open stands (gerais).

On November 30, 1983, the stadium recorded its highest attendance of 27,100 spectators during a Serie A2 match. XV de Piracicaba defeated Bandeirante on that memorable day.
