Teatro Polytheama is a theater in Jundiaí whose 1911 building by the Ramos de Azevedo office was remodeled in 1927 with added floors, side doors and a new facade. The 1996 restoration by Brasil Arquitetura kept bare original walls and exposed metal roof structures. The auditorium, boxes and balconies now seat 1,124.

The Cine Theatro Polytheama was built by Jundiaí's municipal government after a resident's 1897 suggestion, with the project by the Ramos de Azevedo office delivered in 1911. In the 1920s it held 2,920 seats, more than the Teatro Municipal de São Paulo. A 1927 reform added floors and boxes, reopened in 1928; after decline it closed in 1975 and was bought by the municipality in the early 1980s.

The name comes from the Greek politeama, meaning many spectacles, reflecting its origin as a venue for theatre, music, circus, cinema and social gatherings. Its loose chairs originally allowed the hall to be cleared for festivities. Today it remains a municipal venue for shows in Jundiaí.

The auditorium holds 1,124 seats, arranged in the stalls, boxes and balconies added in the 1927 reform; the boxes sit on the upper floors reached by stairs, so allow time to find your level. The building stands on Rua Barão de Jundiaí in the city centre, where on-street parking is scarce on show nights.

The 1996 restoration by Brasil Arquitetura kept two ideas from Lina Bo Bardi's unexecuted 1986 plan: bare original walls and exposed metal roof trusses. The 2012 CONDEPHAAT listing names that metal roof structure and the four-slope roof among the protected elements.
