Grande São Paulo Building

The Grande São Paulo Building is a modern office tower standing 129 meters high across 40 floors, located between Vale do Anhangabaú and Libero Badaró Street in downtown São Paulo. Its design incorporates multiple street-level entrances at different heights due to the natural elevation change across the site.

Completed in 1971, the building emerged during a period of rapid vertical expansion across São Paulo. Its completion marked a significant moment in the city's architectural transformation in the post-war era.

The building gained national recognition as a filming location for the television series 'Tempos Modernos', where it appeared under the name 'Titan' as the main setting. This role made it a recognizable landmark in Brazilian popular culture.

The main entrance sits on an upper floor above street level, distinguishing the building's access points from ground level. Separate car elevators allow visitors and workers to drive directly to internal parking spaces.

The building features an integrated system of car elevators that allows drivers to take their vehicles directly to internal parking spaces. This engineering design was an innovative solution to parking challenges in a downtown office complex.
