Arena MRV

Arena MRV is a football ground in the California district of Belo Horizonte, holding up to 46,000 people across three tiers. Its black and white outer shell reflects the club's colors and shapes how the building appears from the street.

Building work started in April 2020 after Atlético Mineiro sold its share in Diamond Mall to fund the project. The venue opened in April 2023, giving the club a dedicated home for the first time since 1950.

The stadium serves as the primary venue for Atletico Mineiro matches, providing a dedicated home ground for the first time since 1950.

The site offers several food and drink areas and restrooms on every level. Public transport from the California neighborhood connects directly to the entrance.

Architect Bernardo Farkasvölgyi designed an acoustic system that keeps sound contained during concerts and sporting events. This setup allows for controlled sound management when the venue is closed.
