Forno Grande State Park, State park in Castelo, Brazil
Forno Grande State Park spans 913 hectares of protected Atlantic Forest, containing diverse plant species and multiple natural springs across mountainous terrain.
The area was designated as a forest reserve in 1960 before its transformation into a state park through law 7.528 in 1998.
The park serves as an educational center where visitors learn about Atlantic Forest conservation through guided programs and environmental research activities.
The park welcomes visitors from Tuesday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, offering four observation points with views toward Vitória.
The park contains the second highest peak in Espírito Santo at 2,039 meters, featuring a cloud forest ecosystem at its summit.
