Fórum Ruy Barbosa is a public building on Largo do Campo da Pólvora, in the Nazaré neighbourhood of Salvador. Inaugurated on 5 November 1949, it was built to house all the justice services of the capital and contains the tomb of Ruy Barbosa in a crypt inscribed "Estremeceu a pátria, viveu no trabalho e não perdeu o ideal". A monument by sculptor Mário Cravo Júnior, titled Cabeça de Rui Barbosa, stands in homage.

The courthouse opened in 1949 and became the central location for legal proceedings in Bahia. Its establishment marked the consolidation of judicial functions at a single organized site in the city.

The building is named after Ruy Barbosa, the Bahian jurist and politician born in Salvador in 1849. A monument titled Cabeça de Rui Barbosa by sculptor Mário Cravo Júnior stands in his honour, with a plaque calling him the greatest of Bahia's sons.
