Barra do Graú beach

Barra do Graú beach features white sand stretching along the Atlantic shoreline, with coastal vegetation growing right up to the water's edge. The sea here is clear and calm enough for swimming, with rock formations creating natural boundaries along the coast.

This stretch of coast was once covered in dense mangrove forests and marsh vegetation before the region began developing its tourism sector. The gradual transformation into a recreational beach destination came as more people discovered the area's natural appeal.
