Nairobi Safari Walk

The Nairobi Safari Walk spans 27 acres within Nairobi National Park, featuring elevated wooden boardwalks that traverse through savannah, wetland, and woodland habitats.

The facility evolved from a former Animal Orphanage into an educational center that demonstrates the connection between Kenya's wildlife conservation efforts and natural ecosystems.

The Safari Walk functions as an educational hub where students and researchers study indigenous wildlife species while contributing to Kenya's conservation knowledge base.

Visitors can access the facility daily from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with separate entrance fees for residents and international guests, including payment options through M-PESA.

The raised walkway system enables visitors to observe white rhinos, leopards, and pygmy hippos from an elevated perspective while moving through three distinct ecological zones.
