Nanarup Beach

Nanarup Beach is a sandy coastal area in the Great Southern region featuring white sand and rocky outcrops that curve toward the southwest near an inlet. The shore extends over several kilometers with reef formations visible at one end and natural rock formations throughout.

A caravan park once stood in this area and served as lodging for visitors. The remains of this facility are still visible in the landscape today.

Fishing is a common activity here, with specific spots along the shore used by locals and visitors for both casual and traditional purposes.

Steps provide access to the western end where toilets and picnic tables are available. The eastern section can be reached by vehicle, though amenities are fewer in that area.

Granite rocks rising up to 20 meters high create a sheltered natural pool at one spot, connected to the beach by a narrow strip of land. This formation offers visitors a unique sheltered swimming area.
