Pantai Logending

Pantai Logending is a beach on the southern Java coast where the Bodo River flows into the Indian Ocean, forming a natural boundary between two regions. The shoreline features rock formations and sandy areas that reflect its working fishing community and growing appeal to visitors.

The location started as a simple fishing village on the coast and was later developed with a fish landing facility. This infrastructure was built to manage strong ocean waves and support the growing fishing operations.

Fishermen work here using traditional methods and sell their catch through daily auctions right at the shore. These practices shape community life and show how the sea defines local traditions.

The beach is several kilometers from the main town and accessed by winding roads that cross hilly terrain. Arriving early helps you experience the best light and see the daily fishing activities at their peak.

The adjacent forest area is managed by local forestry authorities and provides green contrast against the open shoreline. The wooded zone is home to various bird species and small wildlife habitats that visitors can discover while exploring.
