New Point Loma Lighthouse

New Point Loma Lighthouse is a historic structure with pyramidal form on Point Loma Peninsula in San Diego. The building features a central cylinder and observation balcony, with modern LED lighting for maritime navigation.

Built in 1891, the lighthouse replaced the earlier Point Loma structure at a more strategic location. This new position provided clearer visibility and enhanced navigation safety for vessels in the bay.
