Aztec Aquaplex is a swimming facility on the San Diego State University campus with two large outdoor pools for different purposes. The Olympic-size pool serves lap swimmers while a separate recreational pool offers space for other water activities and instruction.
The facility opened in 2007 as a new aquatic center serving the university's athletic programs. It was built to serve as a home venue for the competitive swimming teams at the Division I level.
