The Union Bank of California Building, now known as 530 B Street, is a 27-story, 118.26-metre skyscraper in downtown San Diego, bounded by B, 5th and 6th streets. Completed in 1969, its design mixes International and New Formalism styles common in late-1960s U.S. office towers.

Completed in 1969, the 27-story tower was San Diego's tallest building for 20 years, until Symphony Towers surpassed it in 1989. It was developed as a banking and commercial office center and served as headquarters for Union Bank. Its design drew on the International and New Formalism styles common in late-1960s U.S. office towers.

The tower's name comes from Union Bank of California, which used it as its headquarters; the bank's name stayed on the facade long after the building was rebranded Five Thirty B in 2014. The 2014 renovation added public art to the redesigned lobby and turned the third-floor patio into a 15,000-square-foot Sky Terrace with outdoor gathering spaces and landscaping.

The building sits on B Street in the central business district and is easily accessible by foot or public transit. Parking facilities are available on-site if you arrive by car.

Completed in 1969, the tower held the title of San Diego's tallest building for 20 years, until Symphony Towers rose in 1989. In 2014 a $15 million renovation added the 15,000-square-foot Sky Terrace on the third-floor patio, lifting occupancy from about 50% to nearly 78%.
