El Paso Zoo is a 35-acre (14 ha) zoo in El Paso, Texas, formerly called Washington Park Zoo. Its animals are grouped into four areas: Animals of Africa, Animals of Asia, Animals of the Americas and Animals of the Chihuahuan Desert. The Africa section opened in March 2010 with lion and meerkat exhibits and gained eight antelope species that November.

Its Animals of Africa section opened in March 2010 with African lion and meerkat exhibits, and was expanded in November 2010 with eight antelope species, including kudu, topi antelopes and Thomson's gazelles. A male Indian rhinoceros was introduced to the Animals of Asia section in December 2023.

The zoo's four sections are named for continents and a desert: Animals of Africa, Animals of Asia, Animals of the Americas and Animals of the Chihuahuan Desert. The Africa section opened in March 2010 with lions and meerkats, and in November 2010 gained eight antelope species, among them kudu, topi and Thomson's gazelles.

The zoo covers 35 acres (14 ha) in four sections: Animals of Africa, Animals of Asia, Animals of the Americas and Animals of the Chihuahuan Desert. The Animals of Africa section opened in March 2010 and was expanded that November with eight antelope species. The indoor Asian Forest Complex holds small mammals and birds, so it can be visited regardless of the weather.

The facility houses rare animals such as Indian rhinoceroses and Malayan tigers that are uncommon in zoos worldwide. These specimens are part of breeding programs aimed at protecting species at risk of disappearing.
