Ciudad Juárez México Temple

The Ciudad Juárez México Temple features a white marble exterior with a single spire reaching 71 feet into the Chihuahua sky.

The temple opened its doors in February 2000 after a groundbreaking ceremony that gathered 1,700 members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The temple serves approximately 12,000 members from northern Mexico and Texas through its two ordinance rooms and two sealing rooms.

Located near the United States border, the temple provides religious services to members from multiple stakes in Chihuahua and Far West Texas regions.

With a total floor area of 10,700 square feet on 1.64 acres, this temple received 25,000 visitors during its initial open house week.
