Wells Fargo Tower is a 120 ft (37 m) office high-rise at 506 Main Street, with 10 stories above ground and a basement below. It opened in 1962, when it was planned at only 7 stories, and it remains the tallest building in Las Cruces and the tallest in New Mexico outside Albuquerque.

Planned in the early 1960s as a seven-story block at 506 Main Street, the tower opened in 1962 with ten stories above ground and a basement, reaching 120 ft (37 m). Wells Fargo bought it in 2001 and renamed it after acquiring First National Bank's parent company. Electronic Caregiver purchased the naming rights in 2018.

The building's name tracks the tenants who owned it: First National Bank Tower, then Wells Fargo Tower after the 2001 purchase, and since 2018 Electronic Caregiver Tower, when the healthcare technology firm bought the naming rights. State and federal public defenders keep offices in the building.

The building is accessible during business hours and features multiple entrances for visitors and workers. Large windows on each floor provide natural light and allow those inside to see the surrounding landscape.

The tower's three elevators were originally Otis models, later modernized by Dover; there are restrooms on every floor except the lobby and basement. It is the tallest building in Las Cruces and the tallest in New Mexico outside Albuquerque.
