Club Premier is a 31-floor residential tower on 4a Avenida Final at Calle 23 in Zone 14, completed in 1999 and reaching about 102 metres. Its light grey facade carries thin horizontal bands, with a narrow stack of glass-railed balconies projecting from the right side; the left side is flat. The first four levels sit above ground and hold parking and a clubhouse, with 27 apartment floors above.

Premiere Club was built in 1999 as part of more than 15 residential projects by Premiere Properties, a developer focused on luxury apartment towers. Its architect, Guillermo Alejos, placed the first four levels above ground level, so the tower counts 27 habitable floors within its 31. Guatemala City's airport inside the city limits later forced height permits to pass through Aeronáutica Civil and the municipality.

Premiere Club is one of more than 15 residential projects built by Premiere Properties, a developer focused on luxury apartment towers. Its name, used in Spanish as Torre Premier Club, ties the building to the clubhouse floor that serves residents. The tower was originally ivory with a pink stripe at the rear; it is now entirely ivory.

Club Premier is a private residential tower, so access is limited to residents and their guests; there is no visitor viewing deck. The entrance sits at 4a Avenida Final and Calle 23 in Zone 14. The first four levels are parking and a club house, with the 27 homes above them.

The tower's height is capped by the city's airport: Guatemala City's main airfield lies within the urban area, so licences for tall buildings must be cleared by Aeronáutica Civil and the municipality against a maximum-height map. At 100.75 m, Premiere Club is the tallest building in Guatemala as of 2020.
