The Palacio de Justicia de Guatemala is the seat of the Corte Suprema de Justicia, the central body of the country's judicial branch. Inside are the full bench of the Supreme Court, the Civil, Criminal and Amparo and Antejuicio chambers, the offices of the court president and magistrates, and administrative offices and meeting rooms.

The Palacio de Justicia was ordered built by General Jorge Ubico Castañeda, president of Guatemala, as part of a public works programme that also produced the Palacio Nacional, the Correos building, the National Police and Public Health headquarters. It now houses the Supreme Court of Justice, the central organ of the Judicial Branch.

The Palacio de Justicia houses the Pleno of the Supreme Court and the Civil, Criminal, and Amparo y Antejuicio chambers, along with the offices of the court president and magistrates. Its name is used in Spanish for the seat of the Organismo Judicial, the branch of government that runs the country's courts.
