Cali Tower is an office skyscraper in the Versalles district with 44 floors of steel and glass construction positioned along the Cali River. The building contains commercial spaces, offices, and a hotel that offer sweeping views across the city and waterfront.

Businessman Julián Echeverri Arango, from a family of coffee exporters, promoted the project, financed entirely by the Echeverri family companies. Construction began on 27 October 1978; the structural frame, by Pinski y asociados, was finished in December 1980 at a cost of 130 million pesos. The tower opened in 1984, and in 1988 the Hotel Torre de Cali began operating on floors 10 to 20.

The tower's name comes from the city itself, and its top floor holds a bar that doubles as a lookout over Cali. Since 1988 the Hotel Torre de Cali has occupied floors 10 to 20, and its salons and pool host national events. The building is the seventh tallest in Colombia, not the second.

The building is most easily accessed during business hours when the lobby and public areas are active. Visitors should know that only certain sections are open to the public and that upper areas may have restricted access.

The tower's top floor holds a bar that doubles as an observation deck, and the building's floor plates shrink with height: over 3,655 m² in the lower levels, about 1,550 m² above the third floor, and 815 m² on floors 43 to 45 and the roof.
