Torres de las Americas, Office complex in Punta Pacifica, Panama
Torres de las Americas is an office complex in Panama City's financial district comprising three separate towers. Tower C reaches 142 meters in height, while Towers A and B each stand at approximately 74 meters, connected by a large internal atrium space.
Construction started in 2002 and finished in 2007, during a period when Panama City's financial district was expanding rapidly. This development phase reflected the country's growing importance as a regional business center.
The towers became symbols of Panama City's transformation into a major financial hub during the early 2000s. Workers and business visitors circulate through the shared spaces throughout the day, making it a lively center of commercial activity.
The complex sits at a central location surrounded by major roads including the South Corridor, Via Brasil, Via Israel, and 50th Street, making it easy to reach by various transportation methods. Parking and access points are available from multiple directions around the complex.
Tower C received the Magno Excelsa Best Work Award in 2007 for its architectural design and innovation. The project earned another major recognition in 2014 with the ACOBIR Real Estate Master Award, reflecting its lasting impact on Panama's commercial landscape.
