Vitri Tower, Postmodern residential building in Costa del Este, Panama.
Vitri Tower is a postmodern residential building that rises 281 meters above Panama City, consisting of 74 floors with a glass and steel structure. The building creates a striking vertical presence in the Costa del Este neighborhood.
Construction of the tower began in 2012 under F&F Properties LTDA Inc, with structural engineering by Luis García Dutari and design by Pinzón Lozano. The project marked an important moment in modern high-rise development in Panama.
The tower reflects Panama's transformation into a modern city and shapes the skyline of Costa del Este with its contemporary form. Visitors can see how the city has evolved and continues to change.
The building is served by four high-speed elevators connecting all levels from the ground floor to the upper residential areas. Access to the tower may be restricted to certain times or designated areas.
The tower ranks among the six tallest structures in Panama City and among the eleven highest buildings in Latin America. This standing reflects the scale of modern construction in the region.
