The building rises 125.8 meters with a glass facade, containing 26 floors dedicated to office spaces and commercial establishments at its base.
Construction of the financial center began in 2004 and concluded in 2007, marking a new phase in Mexico City's commercial development.
Mexican architect Teodoro González de León designed the structure, incorporating elements that reflect contemporary Mexican architectural innovation.
The building features 10 high-speed elevators, four underground parking levels, and connects directly to public transportation through nearby Hamburgo stations.
The structure incorporates 50 seismic dampers and 78 pillars extending 60 meters underground to ensure stability in Mexico City's geological conditions.
