Reforma 222 Centro Financiero

Reforma 222 Centro Financiero is a mixed-use skyscraper with 26 floors located in Colonia Juárez, rising with a glass facade that catches the light. Office spaces occupy the upper levels while shops and commercial areas fill the ground floor.

Construction took place between 2004 and 2007, marking a turning point in Mexico City's modern growth as a financial center. This project was part of a wave of new towers that reshaped the city's skyline.

The building reflects the work of Mexican architect Teodoro González de León and represents contemporary design thinking from the country. Its form shows how modern architectural ideas shape the city today.

The building features 10 modern elevators for easy movement and offers four basement levels for parking. Direct connections to the nearby Hamburgo station make arriving by public transport straightforward.

The structure relies on advanced engineering with special dampers and deep foundation pillars to protect it from earthquakes. This foundation system was built to withstand the ground movement that Mexico City regularly experiences.
