Parque Delta is a multi-level shopping center in the Piedad Narvarte neighborhood of Mexico City, close to the major roads Av. Cuauhtémoc and Viaducto Miguel Alemán. It spreads across three floors and brings together clothing stores, electronics retailers, food options, and everyday services under one roof.
The shopping center opened in 2005 on the site of a former baseball stadium, also called Parque Delta, which had served as a popular outdoor sports venue. It was developed by Grupo Arquitech and has gone through several renovation projects over the years to expand its offer.
Inside the mall, decorations and the names of parking areas still reference the baseball stadium that once stood here. Some restaurants carry this theme further, giving the place a character that sets it apart from a typical shopping center.
The center is easy to reach by metro or bus, as several lines stop nearby. Inside, wide walkways and ramps make it accessible for people with mobility needs.
The parking areas inside the mall are named after baseball terms like bat and glove, a direct reference to the stadium that stood on this land. In the early years after opening, the food court walls displayed photos of players from the local teams Diablos and Tigres who once played at the old field.
