Obispado Tower

Obispado Tower is a modern skyscraper in Monterrey with 64 floors and a height of about 305 meters, combining offices, hotel rooms, restaurants, and apartments beneath a glass facade. The structure serves multiple functions that appeal to visitors and residents alike.

Construction began in 2016 under the direction of Pozas Arquitectos and finished in 2020. The project brought Monterrey international attention when it became one of the tallest buildings in Latin America.

The tower shapes how Monterrey presents itself as a modern business hub, blending offices, homes, and hotels in one space. This mix reflects how city life has changed to combine work and living in the same location.

The building has extensive parking and is well-suited for different visitors since it houses offices, a hotel, and restaurants all under one roof. The different areas are clearly marked, making navigation easy.

Inside, a Hilton Garden Inn hotel occupies part of the space, giving the building added international importance. This partnership makes the complex particularly appealing to business travelers and tourists in the region.
