The Bank of America Plaza is an office building with 28 floors in downtown San Antonio. It features vertical lines and a dark exterior that stands out in the business district.

The Bank of America Plaza opened in 1984 as Interfirst Bank Plaza, designed by the Houston office of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. USAA bought the building on August 14, 2017, but in spring 2022 ended a deal to move 2,000 employees into downtown offices with the City of San Antonio and Bexar County.

The tower appears as the offices of the title character in the short-lived NBC series "J.J. Starbuck," which used it for establishing shots in its opening credits and episodes. In 2016 the artwork Kinetic Skyline was installed on the building's side, a piece visible from the street below.

The tower stands at 300 Convent Street in downtown San Antonio, near the River Walk and the Alamo. Its 28 floors hold 533,171 square feet of office space, the most of any office building in the city. The lobby is a working office entrance rather than a public observation point, so visitors see the stepped roofline and banded facade from the street.
