Jacob's Well, Natural spring in Wimberley, Texas, United States.

Jacob's Well forms a vertical underwater cave system extending 137 feet deep with a 12-foot-wide surface opening in the limestone bedrock.

The spring served as a water source for early Texas settlers in the 1850s, powering a local sawmill and establishing the foundation for the Wimberley community.

The spring functions as the primary headwater source for Cypress Creek, supporting the environmental and recreational activities of the Texas Hill Country region.

Swimming at Jacob's Well requires advance online reservations between May and September, with access limited to protect the natural water source.

The underwater cave system contains two main passages stretching 4,500 feet horizontally through a network of limestone chambers and narrow tunnels.
