One Park Place is a 501-foot-tall residential tower with 37 floors housing 340 apartments and street-level shops in downtown Houston. The building features a six-level parking structure beneath the residential units and a specialty grocery store at ground level.
Construction of One Park Place took place from 2007 to 2009, and The Finger Companies completed the tower in May 2009. The design is by Jackson & Ryan Architects. It was built beside Discovery Green park as a residential addition to downtown Houston.
The building opens directly onto Discovery Green park, where residents and visitors gather for events and outdoor activities throughout the year. This connection makes the location a social hub where urban living meets green space.
