GreenStreet

GreenStreet is a mixed-use development in Downtown Houston spanning three city blocks with retail spaces, office buildings, and a European-style boutique hotel. The complex also features a large fitness club, diverse dining options, and entertainment venues such as House of Blues.

The complex originally opened in 2008 as Houston Pavilions and underwent major renovation and rebranding to GreenStreet in 2013. This transformation brought new outdoor areas that reshaped how the site looks and functions today.

The Lawn hosts regular live music performances, art exhibitions, and community events that highlight local artists and Black-owned businesses throughout the year.
