Fulbright Tower, Office skyscraper in downtown Houston, United States
Fulbright Tower is a modern office building with 52 floors located on McKinney Street. It provides large office spaces for companies and is equipped with an extensive elevator system.
The building opened in 1982 under the name Gulf Tower and was later renamed Chevron Tower. In 2005 it received its current name when the law firm Norton Rose Fulbright acquired the naming rights.
The building is part of Houston Center and connects different parts of downtown together. From here you can reach shops, gardens, and event spaces.
The building connects to Houston's underground tunnel system, allowing you to move through downtown while avoiding extreme weather conditions. This access is especially helpful on hot days or during rain.
The building's largest tenant is the law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, which occupies about a quarter of all the office space. This makes it a major hub for one of the world's leading law firms.
