Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center is a venue between Midland and Odessa, Texas, on a satellite campus of the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. It contains an 1,800-seat main concert hall and a 200-seat recital hall, and also houses the UTPB music department.

The facility opened in 2011 as a regional collaboration between Midland, Odessa, and the University of Texas Permian Basin. This shared project brought a major performance venue to West Texas to serve the surrounding communities.
