The Cathedral of St. John Berchmans displays wooden beams and pointed arches, combining Tudor and Gothic architectural elements throughout its structure.

Founded by Jesuit priests in 1902, the cathedral's cornerstone was laid in 1927 and the building was consecrated on January 16, 1929.

The cathedral maintains its status as one of eight parish churches worldwide dedicated to Jesuit Saint John Berchmans, the patron of altar servers.

The Cathedral offers daily masses at 12:10 pm on weekdays, with additional services on Saturday at 4:00 pm and Sunday at 8:00 am, 11:00 am, and 5:30 pm.

In 2016, the cathedral received and displays relics of Saint John Berchmans' heart, transferred from the Belgian Jesuit order.
