Taetro Amadeo Roldán, Concert hall and theatre in Vedado, Havana, Cuba

Teatro Amadeo Roldán is a concert hall and performance venue in Vedado with two separate spaces designed for different types of shows. The main hall accommodates large orchestral concerts, while the smaller hall serves chamber music and specialized events.

The building was constructed in 1928 as the Auditorio theatre, designed by architects Miguel Ángel Munc and Nicolás Quintana. After the Cuban Revolution it was named after composer Amadeo Roldán. On 30 June 1977 a fire started by arson destroyed it completely; rebuilding took over twenty years and the venue reopened on 10 April 1999, fully reconstructed.

The theatre is named after composer Amadeo Roldán, a name it took after the Cuban Revolution. It is the main concert venue of the National Symphony Orchestra of Cuba and also hosts the International Ignacio Cervantes Piano Competition, alongside the International Guitar Gathering.

The theatre stands on Calzada between Calles D and E in Vedado, Havana. The Amadeo Roldán hall seats 886 for large symphonic concerts, while the smaller García Caturla hall holds 276 for chamber and small-band performances. The National Symphony Orchestra performs seasonally on Sundays at 11:00.

The venue hosts the International Guitar Gathering, which draws musicians from around the world for specialized performances dedicated to guitar music. This event transforms the space into a gathering point for guitar enthusiasts and professionals.
