The original Hotel Saratoga building featured French windows, mahogany shutters, and wrought iron balconies that characterized Cuban colonial architecture of its time period.
The hotel's Anacaona restaurant pays tribute to a female Cuban orchestra that performed regularly at the venue during the mid-twentieth century.
The renovation plans include 96 rooms, two restaurants, two bars, a business center with full office services, and a spa facility operating from 8:00 to 20:00.
The rooftop design provides direct views of the Capitol, Partagas cigar factory, and several notable landmarks of Old Havana.
