Ponte dos Remédios is a road bridge in Vila Leopoldina that crosses the Tietê river with two traffic lanes. It serves as a key connection between different parts of the city and handles daily traffic flow across the waterway.

Until 1963 the crossing was a rudimentary bridge of planks laid over steel drums floating on the Tietê, held in place by steel cables. That structure collapsed in January 1963, swept away by the current after heavy rains. The present bridge was later renamed Ponte dos Remédios - Carmen Fernandes Neves by Law 15.773 of 28 May 2013, honouring the mother of sports journalist Milton Neves.

The bridge's official name since 2013 honours Carmen Fernandes Neves, mother of the sports journalist Milton Neves, under Law 15.773 of 28 May 2013. It carries the name of the road it meets in Osasco, Avenida dos Remédios.
