Atterbury Theatre is a 400-seat classical concert hall on the corner of Lynnwood Road and Daventry Street in Lynnwood Manor, eastern Pretoria. Its curved auditorium rises above the Lynnwood Bridge Retail development, and the ground floor opens onto a piazza shared with four separate retail buildings.

The Atterbury Theatre opened on 18 May 2011 with the musical "Stuur Groete aan Mannetjies Roux". It was developed by the Atterbury group as part of the Lynnwood Bridge Retail development. In 2012, Studio 3 Architects International won the National Winner of the 8th Saint-Gobain Gypsum International Trophy in the Innovation category for its ceiling design.

The theatre hosts the OAK Youth Theatre, where young performers from the area train and perform. This partnership shapes the cultural offerings and shows how the venue supports local talent.
