Oran Park Raceway, motorsport track in Australia
Oran Park Raceway is a motorsport racing track in Narellan, southwest of Sydney. The track offers several circuit layouts with different corner types, used for various racing categories and organised events throughout the year.
The track first opened in the 1960s and went on to host national and international racing series over the following decades. After closing in 2010, the surrounding land was redeveloped into a residential area called Oran Park, though a smaller circuit remained in use.
Since the track is used mainly for organised events and practice sessions, it is worth checking in advance when something is on before making the trip. Getting there by car is the easiest option, and parking is available on site for those attending events.
When the original track closed, the surrounding land was turned into a housing development that now carries the same name as the old circuit. Only a small portion of the track infrastructure was kept and continues to be used for motorsport activity.
