Cullen Performance Hall

Cullen Performance Hall is a performance venue on the University of Houston campus featuring classical architecture with regular pilasters and symmetrical wings. The space holds over 1.500 seats and serves as a primary location for concerts, theatrical productions, and academic lectures.

The hall opened on October 31, 1950, with a dedication ceremony featuring the Houston Symphony Orchestra under conductor Efrem Kurtz. Named after Ezekiel W.
