Portofino Tower, Residential skyscraper in South of Fifth, Miami Beach, US
Portofino Tower is a residential high-rise along the Miami Beach waterfront with 44 floors and 206 residential units. Each apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows that open to views of Biscayne Bay.
The tower was built in 1997 by Jorge Perez and The Related Group of Florida, setting new standards for luxury condominiums in Miami Beach. This project influenced how premium residential buildings were developed across the city.
The tower stands in the South of Fifth neighborhood near numerous restaurants, including Joe's Stone Crab and Estiatorio Milos, frequented by local residents.
The building offers residents semi-private elevators, multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Full-time security staff and valet services operate around the clock.
An exclusive private club occupies the 29th floor, reserved only for residents to socialize and gather. This members-only space serves as a social hub within the building.
