Quiet Waters Park

Quiet Waters Park is a 200-acre recreational area in southern Florida with walking trails, picnic areas, and playgrounds scattered throughout its landscape. The park encompasses woodlands and open fields designed for different types of outdoor activities.

The park was created by the Broward County Parks and Recreation Division to provide recreational opportunities and environmental conservation for residents. It developed as a green space serving the local community's outdoor needs.

The park features an outdoor gallery showcasing sculptures and artworks created by Florida-based artists. You will encounter these installations while walking the trails, making art discovery part of the visitor experience.

The main entrance is at 401 South Powerline Road, where you will find parking, restrooms, and camping facilities with spaces for recreational vehicles. Bring water and sun protection, and wear comfortable walking shoes on the trails.

The park maintains natural habitats where native bird species live throughout the year. These wetlands and wooded sections provide shelter for Florida's wildlife.
