Beginning in 1910 with Mrs. Bradley selling sausages from her kitchen, the establishment expanded to include a store in 1927, serving Felkel and Miccosukee communities.
The complex maintains traditional food production methods, including grinding grits, processing sausages, and making syrup using equipment from the early 1900s.
Located 12 miles north of Tallahassee on County Road 151, the store offers local products such as grits, cornmeal, sausages, and essential household items.
The property features original structures including a grist mill, smokehouse, syrup furnace, and commissary, reflecting rural Florida commerce from the 1920s.
