3344 Peachtree

3344 Peachtree is a 50-story tower standing 195 meters tall along Peachtree Road in northern Atlanta. The structure blends office and residential spaces, serving both work and living functions.

The building opened in spring 2008 as the first major mixed-use tower in Atlanta's expanding districts beyond downtown and midtown. Its construction marked a turning point for development in the city's outer areas.

French dining at Bistro Niko creates a gathering spot within the building where visitors and residents meet. Artwork by Todd Murphy decorates the interior spaces and gives the place a distinctive visual character.

The residential section called Sovereign occupies the upper floors from level 28 upward with expansive city views. Visitors can access the ground-level areas and restaurant, though the upper residential floors are restricted to residents and authorized guests.

Standing taller than other towers outside Atlanta's central business district, the building serves as a city landmark in a less developed area. Its prominence in this location makes it visible from various angles around the northern suburbs.
