Reid House is a ten-story Classical Revival apartment building at 1325-1327 Peachtree Street NE, designed by Philip T. Shutze of Hentz, Reid and Adler and completed in 1924. It has four stacks of apartments with identical floor plans, and each stack shares a formal elevator lobby with only the apartment across the hall, creating semi-private entries. The building is a rare Atlanta example of a Manhattan-style pre-war apartment house.

The building was constructed in 1924 as the Garrison Apartments and served as residential housing from its opening. A major renovation occurred in the 1970s, which led to its transformation into luxury condominiums.

The building's name changed with its use: it was called Garrison Apartments in 1924–26, then 1325 Apartments from 1926 to 1974, before taking the name Reid House. Its Manhattan-style "classic six and classic eight" plans are rare in Atlanta, and it stands across Peachtree Street from the High Museum of Art.

The building is located on Peachtree Street Northeast in a walkable neighborhood near other cultural attractions. Keep in mind that this is a residential building and public access to interior spaces may be limited.
