1105 West Peachtree, Mixed-use complex in Midtown, United States

1105 West Peachtree is a major mixed-use development in Midtown consisting of an office tower and residential building connected by an elevated public plaza. The complex features street-level retail shops, underground parking, and bicycle facilities integrated into its design.

Selig Enterprises announced the project in December 2016 on a 3.5-acre lot, with Rule Joy Trammell & Rubio as architects. Permits to demolish three existing buildings, among them the National Register-listed Dr. Marion Luther Brittain Sr. House, were approved in 2017 and the buildings came down by January 2018. Groundbreaking took place on October 28, 2019, after Blackstone provided $340 million and Google signed on for about 400,000 square feet.

The site was previously occupied by three buildings, including the Dr. Marion Luther Brittain Sr. House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places; Selig applied for demolition permits in June 2017 and the buildings were gone by January 2018. The hotel element was announced in February 2018 as part of Marriott International's Autograph Collection.

The elevated plaza connecting the buildings is openly accessible for walking and sitting. Public transit is nearby, and the bike services make it convenient to reach neighboring areas or connect with other transportation options.

The site once held the Dr. Marion Luther Brittain Sr. House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places; Selig applied in June 2017 to demolish it along with two other buildings, and all three were gone by January 2018. In February 2020 a tower crane at the site leaned after a mechanical failure, forcing road closures and evacuations of nearby apartments and garages.
