ViewPoint

ViewPoint is a residential tower in Midtown with 36 floors housing about 385 apartments stacked vertically within the structure. The base floors are dedicated entirely to retail spaces that include restaurants and commercial businesses.

Construction of the tower began in 2006 and finished two years later, demonstrating rapid development under Novare Group. The project was designed by Preston Partnership LLC and expanded residential options in this part of Atlanta.

The building provides restaurants and banking services that support daily life in the Midtown neighborhood for residents and visitors alike. This mix of residential and retail functions shapes how people experience the area.

The structure offers ten floors of parking with three levels reserved for customers and seven dedicated to residents. This separation means visitors and residents each have designated parking areas, simplifying vehicle storage and access.

The building houses a movie theater and a two-story lounge that provide residents and visitors with extra recreational and gathering spaces. These amenities set it apart from standard high-rise construction and create room for relaxation within the vertical structure.
