1010 Midtown

1010 Midtown is a 35-story residential tower in downtown Atlanta containing 425 condominium units and retail shops at ground level. The building features floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings in each unit, and shared amenities including a fitness center, swimming pool, and round-the-clock concierge service for residents.

Construction began in 2006 and was completed in 2008, making it the first finished structure in the Midtown Mile development project. This completion helped establish modern residential building standards for the Atlanta downtown area.

The building incorporates modern urban living principles with a park-in-the-sky, which functions as an environmental green rooftop space for residents.

The location on Peachtree Street makes it easy to explore the surrounding area since many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Keep in mind this is a private residential building with access restricted to residents and authorized guests only.

The facade curves to follow Peachtree Street's natural bend, creating changing visual lines as you move around it. This curved shape makes the building stand out from the rectangular towers that dominate much of the downtown skyline.
