Pleasant Hill Historic District

This historic district in Bibb County consists of about 53 buildings, including railroad depots, commercial structures, and various architectural examples from different periods. The buildings spread across several streets and showcase the architectural diversity of these different eras.

The district took shape between 1865 and 1959, growing with the rise of railroads and commerce in the area. Notable buildings from this period include the Missouri Pacific Depot built in 1903 and the Knorpp's Opera House from 1880.
